Application: It is mainly used for conveying the solids with high high-speed flow ratio and high wearing, such as sand, gravel, grain, cullet and scraps; medium for gaseity and liquid, underground convey; convey hoses for glass factory. The port, steel mill, quarry, shipyard and cement mill use it as protective hose.
Features: It is high wear resistance protection, with reinforced steel wire and narrow inclination (Wear resistance is 2.5 - 5 times higher than most rubber material and 6 - 8 times higher than soft PVC material). Flat and smooth inner wall make the flow run well. The weight is low and it has some elasticity.
Structure:Spiral elastic steel wire is embedded strongly in the hose wall, which makes exterior flowability optimized. Wall thickness is about 3 - 3.5mm, strengthen the main wearing parts.
Material: Hose wall: Pre-PUR. Spiral rib:elastic steel wire
Temperature range: -40°C to125°C ,can get up to 150°C in a short time.

Technical documents
WE will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water scheme, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed.
Arrangement for inspection, installation and commission:
- After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign us to finish inspection work.
- After the machines are delivered to customer's factory, please arrange preparation work mentioned in detail 2.2 in advance;
- We will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
- Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.
- Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer's factory.
- The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of USD60-1000 per day for each technician.
Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.We will not be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months for machine part and 6 months for electrical part since B/L date. During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and providelong-term
