- Screw and barrel adopt 38CrMoALA good material alloy steel through exact design and processing of nitriding. The nitrogenous thickness of screw is 0.4-0.6mm, nitrogenous hardness of screw is HV740-940; The nitrogenous thickness of barrel is 0.4-0.7mm, surface hardness of barrel is above HV940. Screw Diameter is 65mm, L/D is 30: 1.
- Extruder motor power is 15kw, ABB inverter.
- Gearbox adopts high technology and match with the motor power. Gear adopt 20 CrMoTi through exact processing, hard gear face.
- Cast aluminum heating zone, 4 sections heating, heating power is 10kw. Blow fan cooling system, the power is 180W*4
- Main electric apparatus for extruder:
