Our own PVC Flex Hose Production Factory:
We have our own flex PVC hose production factory with10, 000m² workshop. Nowadays installed 10 lines of PVC fiber hose, 10 lines of spring wire PVC hose 4 lines of rigid PVC spiral suction hose and 10 lines of PVC layflat hose.
PVC layflat hose extrusion line description:
This line consists of single screw extruders, water cooling tank, haul off machine, fiber yarn braiding machine, coiler etc. It has reasonable design, unique structure, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance and constant production capacity.
PVC layflat hose machine features:
This machine can produce hose diameters from 50mm to 400mm I. D.
Fiber yarn winding machine can load 6kg - 12kg yarn bobbin.
Warp yarn bobbin quantity is from 100 PCS to 300 PCS. Weft yarn bobbin quantity is 24+24.
Polyester(PET) yarn.
Production speed can get up to 1.5 - 3 m/min.
PVC layflat hose extrusion machine applications: It is widely used for auxiliary equipment in agriculture and forestry irrigation and is fit for converying liquid at low or medium temperature and under high pressure.
Featues: With convex plastic-coated surface of the hose, high burst pressure and long service life, it is wear resistant, attractive, soft, light, nontoxic, flavorless and environment protection.
