1. Project evaluationAccording to your demand for PVC fiber reinforced flexible pipe business; we'd like to recommend our standard PVC fiber reinforced flexible pipe extrusion line with an input capacity of 35--65kg/hr. This extrusion line is composed of SJ45/28 single screw extruder (2 sets), moulds, cooling trough (2 sets) unit , twister for nylon braiding (1 set), hauling-off units (2 sets), double station winder. Please check the below information:2.1 Material characteristicsThe material to be treated is PVC soft material; you can buy PVC granules from your local market directly.2.2 Basic Infrastructure (Provided by customer)a. Space for PVC fiber reinforced pipe extrusion line in workshop: About 36 square meters with height 2 meters (Adjustable according to your factory.). b. Electricity network: 380V/50Hz (Adjustable according to your local voltage standard)c. - PVC fiber reinforced hose for food stuff: Toxic and tasteless. Working Temperatures:-5ºC to +65ºC. It is mainly used for conveying milk beverage,distilled liquor,beer,jam,and other foods.

PVC Shower Hose: Made from non-toxic PVC resin, it is good resistant, with long life span; light weight, soft, colorful, brilliant and beautiful; and high temperature resistance, can be applied for shower and bathroom. 5.PVC garden hose: It is colorful, light, flexible, elastic, portable and with excellent adaptability; made from non-toxic ingredients. The hose has good weather and abrasion resistance and good burst strength, withstands nozzle shut-off. - After the machines are delivered to customer's factory, please arrange preparation work mentioned in detail 2.2 in advance;
- We will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
- Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.
- Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer's factory.
- The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of USD60-1000 per day for each technician.
Quantity and quality guarantee a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation: In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. We will not be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office. b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months for machine part and 6 months for electrical part since B/L date. During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price. c.
