This line consists of single screw extruders, water cooling tank, haul off machine, fiber yarn braiding machine, coiler etc. It has reasonable design, unique structure, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance and constant production capacity.

This machine can produce hose diameters from 10mm to 50mm I.D.
Fiber yarn winding machine can load 4kg - 6kg yarn bobbin.
Yarn bobbin quantity can be 5/6/7
Polyester(PET) yarn.
Production speed can get up to 5 -8 m/min.

Details:
1) SJ-65/30 single screw extruder---2 sets
- Screw and barrel adopt 38CrMoALA good material alloy steel through exact design and processing of nitriding. The nitrogenous thickness of screw is 0.4-0.6mm, nitrogenous hardness of screw is HV740-940; the nitrogenous thickness of barrel is 0.4-0.7mm, surface hardness of barrel is above HV940. Screw Diameter is 65mm, L/D is 30:1.
- Extruder motor power is 15kw, ABB inverter.
- Gearbox adopts high technology and match with the motor power. Gear adopt 20CrMoTi through exact processing, hard gear face.
- Cast aluminum heating zone, 4 sections heating, heating power is 10kw. Blow fan cooling system, the power is 180w*4
- ABB frequency inverter, Siemens Contactor.
- Omron high-efficiency temperature control instrument.
- Drying hopper and vacuum suction feeder.
