This line consists of 2 set single screw extruders, water cooling tank, haul off machine, fiber yarn braiding machine, sealing device, coiler etc. It has reasonable design, unique structure, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance and constant production capacity. 


High Speed double colors PVC layflat hose machine features: 
This machine can produce hose diameters from 50mm to 300mm I. D. 
Fiber yarn winding machine can load 4kg yarn bobbin. 
Warp yarn bobbin quantity is from 100 PCS to 400 PCS. Weft yarn bobbin quantity is 60 + 60. 
Polyester(PET) yarn. 
Production speed can get up to 1.5 - 8 m/min.
